Financial Presentations

As an SMS Strata client you will receive first-class financial reporting so you can see just how your investment is working for you. Our reports are clearly set out and include: balance sheets, statements of income and expenditure for administration fund & sinking fund and cash payment reports. We also offer cash receipts reporting, arrears reports, financial reports, financial updates and budgets.

Reports produced for Strata Management Services include:

  • Balance sheet - with balances and account details of all monies held.
  • Statement of income and expenditure - Administration fund.
  • Statement of income and expenditure - Sinking fund.
  • Notes to the above accounts and Quarterly reports of the Management of Funds.

Supporting reports provided include:

  • Cash Payments Report - detailing every payment made on behalf of the Owners' Corporation.
  • Cash Receipts Report - detailing monies received.
  • Arrears Reports - detailing Proprietors in arrears.
  • Financial updates can be provided at any time upon request.
